Assembly and installation of walls panels in places of dismantled wall panels along the axis A is started within the project "Recovery of the safe enclosure of ChNPP Unit 4 Turbine Hall between axes 46-52 and A- B".
Panels are installed instead of dismantled emergency constructions. The total area, at which it is planned to install panels, is 216 square meters. All works are carried out in accordance with a previously developed and approved schedule. Their completion is planned for the end of January 2014.
After completion of thispartoftheproject Contractor - "Ukrtransbud" Corporation jointly withtheinvolvedsubcontractors will completeinstallationofcranerailsand will start pre-assemblyofthe "Poteyn" crane. InMarchthisyearemergencyopeningwillbeclosedand Unit 4 Turbine Hall safe enclosure will be completelyrestored using this crane.
