Was born in 1980.

Graduated from the Sevastopol National Institute of Nuclear Energy and Industry "Nuclear Energy" - engineer.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including:
• Turbine Equipment Rounds Operator, reactor department operator, senior reactor unit operator at the "South Ukraine NPP" of the State Enterprise NNEGC "Energoatom", Yuzhnoukrainsk, Mykolaiv region (2002-2004);
• Leading Engineer of the Department of Operational Modes and Practices, Leading Engineer of the Safety Analysis Department at the Scientific and Technical Center of the State Enterprise NNEGC "Energoatom", Kyiv (2004-2005);
• Leading Engineer of the Modernization and Reconstruction of the Safety Analysis and Modernization Department of the Directorate for Operation Extension of the State Enterprise NNEGC "Energoatom", Kyiv (2005-2006);
• Head of the Thermal Mechanical Equipment Division, Safety Analysis and Modernisation Department, Directorate for Operation Extension of the State Enterprise NNEGC "Energoatom", Kyiv (2006-2008);
• Director of the Department of Modernization of the Directorate for Operation Extension of the State Enterprise NNEGC "Energoatom", Kyiv (2008-2012);
• Deputy Director for Operation Extension for Modernization of the Directorate for Operation Extension of SE NNEGC “Energoatom”, Kyiv (2012-2017);
• General Director of LLC Holtec Ukraine, Kyiv (2017-2023);
• worked in the field of renewable energy (2023-2025).

Technical Director (-Chief Engineer) of SSE “Chornobyl NPP” — Oleksandr TITARCHUK

Was born in 1972.

Graduated from Vinnytsia State Technical University, specialty – Electrical Engineer.

Started working at Chornobyl NPP from 1993. Held the following positions:
• III degree Repairman of Equipment, Reactor Shop (1993);
• 6th group Operator of Reactor Compartment, Reactor Shop (1993-2002);
• II category Operation Engineer, Reactor Shop (2002-2003);
• I category Operation Engineer, Main Building and External Facilities Operation Shop (2003-2006);
•  Leading Engineer for System Operation and Maintenance, Main Building and External Facilities Operation Shop (2006-2012);
• Deputy Head (for Decommissioning) of Main Building and External Facilities Operation Shop (2012-2014);
• Head of Main Building and External Facilities Operation Shop (2014-2018);
• Head of Decommissioning Shop (2018-2020);
• Deputy Technical Director (for Operation) (2020-2022).

From 3rd December 2022 — Technical Director (-Chief Engineer) of SSE «Chornobyl NPP».
