Within the project the following activity was performed at the construction site:
- works on insulation of pipelines and forced gas drying system heaters;
- sealing of IAEA equipment, installation of locks;
- cable laying, installation of sockets;
- drilling of holes and screw cutting in the concrete storage modules doors;
- electrical works at the SWP-CR-04 crane;
- installation of electronic key system;
- reconfiguration of the Ventilation System fire protection valves;
- adjustment of gaps and welding of the sleeves of technological pipelines penetrations;
- fire retardant sealing of technological pipelines penetrations of process pipelines;
- scheduled works for the construction site improvement;
- compilation of the executive and hand-over documentation;
- development of technological units and systems testing programs;
- development of Customer's personnel training programs;
- pre-commissioning activity at the basic technological equipment and auxiliary systems;
- individual testing of the System for technological process monitoring and controlling at the - systems for fuel canisters, double-wall shielded canisters handling and solid radioactive waste management;
- software finalization and adjustment of the temperature control system for concrete storage modules;
- loading of double-wall shielded canister in the System of canisters manipulation and transportation and trial delivery into the concrete storage module;
- elimination of comments based on the results of individual tests of the device for spent fuel assemblies cutting SFP-CS-205;
- individual testing Systems for the canister CHT-TD-02 handling and transporting;
- elimination of comments based on the results of the trolley TD-05/06 individual testing;
- individual testing of the system of the fuel canister double lid;
- individual tests of protective lids SHIELDING PLUGS 305 SFP-XP-210/211;
- pilot operation of the Physical Protection System.
The Project General Contractor is Holtec. Works on the site are performed by the involved by Holtec subcontractors: CPI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, “Kranservice”, “Conditioner”. In total 141 people were involved, as well as 1 units of transporting equipment.
