Within the project the following activity was performed at the construction site:
- The work electrical part of the crane SWP-CR-04 was resumed;
- Reconfiguration of fire protection valves of the ventilation system;
- Adjusting the gaps and scalding (welding) of the sleeves of the penetrations of process pipelines;
- Fire retardant sealing of penetrations of process pipelines;
- Modification (sealing) of IAEA passages;
- Calibration of the crane load cells CR-08 room 305;
- Completed work on timber load monitoring LD-04 room 119;
- Manufacture of cable support models for organizing (ordering) cable routes BNG;
- Soldering cable penetrations (outside) BNG;
- Completed drilling holes and tapping in the door of CSM;
- Completing of executive & acceptance documentation according to the Contract;
- The development of test programs of technological components and systems;
- Preparation of Employer’s personnel training programmers;
- Commissioning on main technological equipment and auxiliary;
- Individual (Autonomous) tests of the System for technological process monitoring and controlling at the — systems for fuel canisters, double-wall shielded canisters handling and solid radioactive waste management;
- Inspection of the representative of the manufacturer of parallel manipulators, removal of comments on the results of inspection;
- Preparation of simulator for SFA capture;
- Completed elimination of remarks and re-testing of the TD-05/06 trolley in room 119;
- Completed elimination of remarks and re-testing of the double cover system TP;
- Elimination of remarks on the Cutting Machine;
- The preliminary checks of the Sliding Holder will continue — the calibration of the load cell;
- Commissioning works on double cover system for 200 l drums — checked in manual and manual mode;
- Elimination of remarks on the video surveillance system;
- Elimination of comments on the results of the first phase of the trial operation of the PPS; Phase 2 started of the trial operation of PPS
- Completion of comments on the SFP-CR-304 crane, testing of the Gostrud.
The Project General Contractor is Holtec. Works on the site are performed by the involved by Holtec subcontractors: CPI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, “Kranservice”, “Conditioner”. In total 143 people were involved, as well as 1 units of transporting equipment.
