We have to perform significant and long-term work in this regard”, Aleksandr Merten said following the meeting with ChNPP Management.

Mikhail Kontserev, the Director General of “Rusatom Service”, confirmed the interest of his company in developing comprehensive cooperation with SSE “Chernobyl NPP” and other Ukrainian enterprises involved in the activities on ChNPP site.

“And, of course, we welcome the come-back of Vitaliy Dragunov to our site, under management of whom the CJSC “Atomstroyeksport”, the title company of Consortium “Stabilization”, performed a number of important projects aimed at the Shelter safety improvement. Any activities being performed on our site are complicated as they are carried out under conditions of radioactively contaminated site.
