Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Delivery to the site and completing the basic structures of Western part of the Arch;
- Assembling of basic structures of Western part of the Arch;
- Assembling of bearing and hoisting towers;
- Preparation of containers for jacking the West Part of the Arch;
- Preparation of equipment for movement of the Eastern part of the Arch into the stand-by area;
- Preliminary assembling of casing panels;
- Installation of casing girders;
- Assembling of external and internal casing;
- Arrangement of the service zone foundations (foundation frame of Northern trench);
- Isntallation of CFA piles of service area foundation (Southern trench);
- Arrangement of engineering building and auxiliary facilities.
Assembling of the Arch West part:
Total weight of metal structures – 3,323 tons.
Metal structures assembled in total – 2,274.58 tons (74.47%).
Assembling of the Arch East part:
Total weight of metal structures, including secondary structures, bolts and crane-runway beams – 13,392.5 tons
Metal structures assembled in total – 12,612.32 tons (93.1%).
Foundations in the Arch service area:
Design volume of concrete – 11,795.73 m3, placed – 5,416.0 m3 (45.91%);
Design amount of rebars - 2,447.009 tons, rebar fabrication – 1,283.333 tons (52.44%).
Construction of the CFA piles (south foundation):
As per the design – 216 piles; completed till design – 88 piles (40.74%)
