Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Supplies to the site and assembly of main structures of the Western part of Arch;
- Installation of main metal structures of the Western part of Arch;
- Installation of tilting panel cladding purlines of the Arch Eastern part;
- Installation of internal and external cladding;
- Installation of cladding purlines;
- Preparatory works for back skidding of the Arch Eastern part
- Delivery and installation of air ducts, preparation for installation and installation of air ducts and supports in the annular space of the Western and Eastern parts of Arch;
- Works on technological building and auxiliary facilities arrangement are underway:
* Techological building – assembly of foundation slab and wall reinforcement, installation of formwork for wall arrangement, concreting, concrete curing;
* electrical devices building - walls reinforcement installation, assembling of casing for the walls arrangement, concreting, concrete curing;
* firefighting unit access airlocks - concreting of foundation slab completed on November 20, 2014 (concrete B50 - 301 m3).
- Arrangement of internal and external space of NSC:
* End walls of the Arch;
* Walls of hinged bearing gallery;
* Storm water catchment basins;
* Fire water catchment basins;
* Outdoor underground services.
The first stage of back skidding of the Arch Eastern part towards the Western part for 25 meters completed on November 26, 2014.
Assembly of metal structures of Western part of the Arch:
Metal structures assembled in total – 12752,366 tons
Concreting of the Technological building and electrical devices building foundation slab:
Design volume of concrete is – 6542 m3, 6448 m3 is laid (98%)
Designedy ammount of reinforcement is – 1375 tons, 1333 tons is produced (97,0%)
